Chris Eischen - Operator and AI Implementer

Operator first.
AI implementer because it works.

I'm Chris Eischen. I run a 62-unit community building in Toledo, I build communities for a living, and I run my own work on AI systems I designed myself. Now I implement the same kind of systems for other owners.

The story

My road into tech wasn't a career plan. Going through a divorce, I needed something to build — call it therapy. In 2011 I taught myself podcasting, and it opened my eyes to the whole digital world. Podcasting pulled me into Facebook marketing while it was still in its infancy; that grew from helping small startups into consulting on campaigns with multimillion-dollar budgets — some of the largest in US history.

So when AI arrived wrapped in hype, I was skeptical in a specific way: is this real, or a fad that passes? I used it for years before I'd put my name behind it — watching the systems grow smarter and the outputs climb in quality, and wrestling with the hallucinations and false outputs that, for a long time, were hard to get past. Today that's changed in a big way. The tool is real, it's ready — and set up right, it protects the user while it delivers the benefits. That's why I'm finally comfortable sharing it.

And for years, I couldn't recommend it to most business owners with a straight face. The tools moved too fast, the learning curve was real, and doing it the easy way meant plugging your private business information into a big provider's system and hoping for the best.

Note: until now.

There's now a clear pathway for owners who aren't tech experts to step into the AI era — and I know it exists because I walk it every day. I run operations for a 62-unit community building in Toledo, and I run a travel publishing business where the planning, content, and social media all run through systems I built and document in public. AI keeps up with the relentless pace of social media and digital content so I don't have to. It carries the heavy lifting while I stay in my greatness — running the businesses only I can run.

That's the offer, for your business: the same pathway, mapped to how your work actually runs, and set up securely. My background is in cyber security and community building, which turns out to be a useful combination — I care as much about what your data doesn't do as what the AI does. Your business gets the power of AI without your private information becoming someone else's asset: no private data handed to a platform to use as it pleases, no careless connections opening holes nobody's watching.

I work with ADHD, which isn't a footnote — it's the design spec. Systems that only work on a focused day aren't systems. Mine have few steps, visible wins, and room for a distracted Tuesday, and the ones I build for clients get the same treatment.

I run my own travel publishing business on these AI systems. This is that system, rebuilt around yours.

This is what possible looks like.

Strengths (what clients actually hire)

  • Social media & marketing — a brand built and run in public, daily, on a system.
  • Digital planning & build-out — websites, content engines, and the plumbing between them.
  • Scalable execution — systems that keep working as the workload grows, without adding headcount or chaos.
  • Public speaking — AI as co-pilot, taught plainly to owners and teams.
  • Life & business coaching — the method underneath the implementation: we set it up together, you drive.

Why there's a travel blog on a consulting site

Because travel is my test lab. I take AI into real-world situations — foreign transit systems, shifting plans, a phone battery dying in Istanbul — to test its limits and see just how much it can support making the most of a trip. In October 2026 I traveled 10 days through Cyprus, Athens, and Istanbul with an AI co-pilot: planning, booking, budgeting, content. When the flights fell apart, the system re-planned in real time and the trip, including a wedding, happened on schedule. I documented all of it, including the failures — because what survives the road, honestly recorded, is the only proof of implementation I trust. The blog is where the lab notes live.
