One working session, on video or in person in Toledo: we walk your week together, find where AI removes the most friction, and map what setting it up would actually take. You leave with the written plan either way. $500, credited in full toward an implementation if you start within 30 days.
What happens in it: a working session, not a sales call. We walk your actual week, workflow by workflow — bring up to 3 — while I ask the operator questions: where the hours go, where things fall through cracks, what only works because you personally remember it. You talk; I map.
What you get: within a few days, a written plan in plain language: the targets ranked by hours saved and risk lowered, what I'd build first and why, what to leave alone, and a fixed quote with a cap for the implementation. The plan is yours whether or not we build it together.
What it costs: $500, paid when you book. If you start an implementation within 30 days, the full $500 comes off the price. If I look at your workflows and honestly don't think AI setup will pay for itself, I'll tell you in the session — that's happened, and the plan still shows you why.
1
Pick a time in the calendar on this page and answer the few questions it asks — they're how I prepare, so real answers help.
2
Check your email — you'll get a confirmation with the session link (or the Toledo address, if we're meeting in person) and a short list of anything useful to have handy. No homework, no prep deck.
3
We do the session — your week, your workflows, my questions. You'll hear early if I don't think this is a fit.
4
You get the plan and the quote — in writing, within a few days. Decide on your own clock; the $500 credit holds for 30 days.
The calendar above is for the AI Workflow Review. Everything else starts with a conversation, not a calendar slot:
Not sure which door is yours? Book the Review anyway — if the session shows a different offer fits better, the $500 credit moves with you.
Yes — the $500 is what makes it a working session instead of a sales call. I prepare before we meet, and you get the written plan regardless of what happens next. If cost is the obstacle, the blog documents the whole method for free; the paid part is having it applied to your business specifically.
Life happens — reschedule from the link in your confirmation email, as often as you need to. The session happens when it happens; the plan timeline starts from the session, not the booking.
Either. Video is the default and works fine — we screen-share your actual tools. In-person is available in the Toledo area if you'd rather walk your space together; mention it in the booking questions and I'll confirm the details by email.
Nothing formal. If you can, think beforehand about the 2–3 workflows that eat your week — that's what we'll walk. Access to the tools you use daily (inbox, calendar, whatever runs your operations) makes the session concrete.
