Starts with the AI Workflow Review: we walk your week and review up to 3 workflows. Then I go deeper — a written plan with targets ranked by hours saved and risk lowered, the tool decisions, and your fixed quote. Nothing is built until you've seen the plan and the price.
Phase 2 — Build
I build the systems with you, in your tools: an AI co-pilot configured for your real tasks, the automations that connect them, tested on live work, not demos. Built safely from step one — deliberate, secure connections, and privacy guardrails: rules for what data goes where, permissions reviewed, and a way to switch any piece off.
Phase 3 — Support
You and your team run it live, with me alongside, until it's habit — training on the real workflows, adjustments as real life pushes back, and a check-in window after handoff. You keep the systems, the documentation, and the skills.
We set it up together. You drive.
Here's the method, because it's the part most "AI consultants" skip: we don't build it for you and hand you a login. We sit at the same table — literally, when you're local; on a call, when you're not — and we build it in your tools, on your real work, with you driving. I guide, I prompt alongside you, I explain what each piece does and why it's set up the way it is. By the time we're done, the system isn't a black box someone sold you. It's yours, and you know how it works.

What does the implementation cost?
It's quoted fixed-fee, in writing, with a cap — after the AI Workflow Review, once the scope is real. The Review itself is $500, credited in full toward the implementation if you start within 30 days. I don't publish a package price, because the honest price depends on what your business needs built.
How long does it take?
The phases run in sequence — Assess, Build, Support — and the calendar depends on scope and your team's availability. You'll get the timeline in writing with the quote, before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can describe your work, I can build the system around it. The training assumes zero background, and part of the engagement is making sure you can run everything yourself.
Which AI tools do you use?
The ones that fit your workflow and your privacy needs — chosen during Assess, not before it. I'm not reselling anyone's platform, including the one this site runs on.
Is my business data safe?
Safety is built in, not bolted on: no training on your private data, deliberate and secure connections instead of whatever-was-fastest, permissions reviewed, guardrails documented. That's the cyber-security background doing its job.
What happens after handoff?
You own everything — systems, prompts, documentation. Support continues through the handoff window, and after that, most clients run it themselves. If you want more built later, we scope it the same way: in writing, with a price, first.
