I've been using AI for years. And for years, I couldn't recommend it to most business owners with a straight face. The tools moved too fast, the learning curve was real, and doing it the easy way meant plugging your private business information into a big provider's system and hoping for the best.

Note: until now.

There's now a clear pathway for owners who aren't tech experts to step into the AI era and actually get the most out of these tools. AI keeps up with the relentless pace of social media and digital content so you don't have to. It carries the heavy lifting while you stay in your greatness — running the business only you can run. Want to scale, but not sure how — and not looking to become a tech expert to do it? This is how. And it's done securely: your business gets the power of AI without your private information becoming someone else's asset.

Learn AI. Do it securely. Book a consultation — I'll map the pathway for your business.

Book your AI Workflow Review

Every engagement below starts at the same front door — and most owners only ever need the first one.

Every way to work with me, on one page.

Everything starts in the same place: the AI Workflow Review. One working session, $500 — and everything after it (an implementation build, a focused session, a sprint) is quoted in writing, after I know what your business actually needs. Nothing is priced below except the Review, because the Review is the thing that makes the rest priceable. Here's the full menu, in the order it usually happens.

Start here: the AI Workflow Review — $500

A working session, not a sales call. Before it, you answer a short intake so we spend the session on your business, not on background. During it, we walk your actual week — where the hours go, where things stall — and review up to 3 workflows in depth: what they cost you now, what AI can genuinely take off them, and what the risk picture looks like if it touches your data.

You leave with prioritized written recommendations, the session recording and transcript, and — if a build makes sense — a fixed quote for it.

The credit: the full $500 comes off your first implementation project if you start within 30 days of the Review. And if the honest answer is "you don't need a build," you keep the recommendations and we've spent $500 to save you thousands.

Already running a team or an event instead of a business? The Review is still the front door — everything on this page starts there, speaking and training engagements included.

Implementation

When a build makes sense, this is the flagship engagement. Three phases: Assess (the Review, deepened into a written plan), Build (the systems, built into your existing stack, tested on real work, with privacy guardrails and an off switch), and Support (training until your team runs it without me, plus documentation you own).

Quoted fixed-fee in writing, with a cap, before any build work starts — and your Review fee is already credited. The full breakdown, phases and deliverables, is on the implementation page:

Focused sessions

Sometimes you don't need an implementation — you need one specific thing built or taught, well. A hands-on session in your own tools, aimed at a single outcome you can keep using:

  • Meeting prep and post-meeting follow-up. Walk in briefed; walk out with the follow-up drafted, the tasks captured, and nothing dropped.
  • Design — Canva or Google Stitch. On-brand graphics, pages, and assets, made in the tools themselves, not in theory.
  • Your social media. Content created, graphics built, posting automated — a system you can run weekly without dreading it.
  • Getting serious work done in voice mode. Planning, drafting, and deciding at the speed of conversation, structured so it doesn't evaporate afterward.
  • Travel planning and research. The co-pilot method I use for multi-country trips, applied to your itinerary — research, options, and bookings organized before you leave.

What you sign up for is the outcome; how we get there depends on the session. Where multi-model work helps, my design process can bring several AI systems to the table and converge on the best of a hundred variations. Focused sessions are booked after the AI Workflow Review and quoted in writing — the Review scopes them, and the Review fee credit applies to implementation projects.

Start with the Review

Make Your Own Music — a working session for creators

For the creators: a working session on making your own music with an AI music generator (Suno). You bring an idea; we leave with real songs. In the session we set up a deliberate process: I write the opening prompt, we iterate on it together, versions get reviewed and refined, and one variation gets extended into a full track. We make several songs in the session, in different genres, and we keep going until one of them makes you say "that's the one."

The roster from one recent run: a heartfelt country duet, a soft rock love song, a fun pop track, a soulful R&B song, and a heartfelt ballad. Five genres, one session — and once you've learned the loop, you can make a decent song in about fifteen minutes.

Booked after the AI Workflow Review and quoted in writing, like every focused session.

Social media strategy sessions

One platform or two, made consistent, credible, and actually running. The evidence that I can do this is public: my own Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok grew out of a travel blog I run as a live working demo of exactly these systems — follow @AfterTraveling and judge the work directly. (Follow it for the travel. Judge it for the systems.)

A strategy session turns that into a written action plan with a horizon — usually 30 days — not open-ended "someday" advice. Where it leads is the implementation: automated posting, engagement handling, and content systems running in your stack. Booked after the Review and quoted in writing.

Startup Validation Sprint

For people starting from zero — with an idea, or not even. A fixed four-week sprint with a written deliverable, so the decision at the end is based on evidence instead of enthusiasm:

  • Week 1 — Research. Multi-AI research runs against your market and your idea; you also take a values inventory — what do you actually want this business to do for your life?
  • Week 2 — Customer discovery. Real conversations with real potential customers, guided and structured.
  • Week 3 — MVP launch. A minimal offer in the world, collecting real signals.
  • Week 4 — The report. A written Go / No-Go with the numbers, the risks, and a stated break-even path. If it's Go, the next step is the Review, then implementation. If it's No-Go, you've bought the answer cheap.

The sprint is priced fixed-fee, quoted before it starts, after an initial Review conversation.

Bring it to your team or your stage

Everything above also runs for groups: talks and workshops for conferences, chambers, and trade associations, and hands-on training days for teams inside a company. AI as Co-Pilot is the flagship talk; workshops train your people on their own work, in their own tools.

Fees are quoted in writing once we know the audience, the format, and the date. Start with a booking conversation:
